‍‍Last week, Suffolk AME held the first-ever Suffolk County Executive Candidate Forum in partnership with Schneps Media! It was an exciting night, with the two candidates sharing their vision for our region's future as they face off for the top seat in Suffolk County.

This first-of-its-kind forum allowed members of the public, and our AME brothers and sisters, to ask questions of each candidate and both candidates subsequently addressed the same set of questions. This format ensured that the evening stayed focused on what truly matters— the policies and decisions that will impact our lives at work and at home. Romaine emphasized his track record in tackling challenges, pointing to his accomplishments in Brookhaven, while Calone drew upon his diverse background, highlighting his experience in the private sector and his work as a prosecutor with law enforcement agencies.
